ProAgro became Bridge Capital’s first acquisition, marking the beginning of our investment journey in Paraguay’s agricultural sector. As a leading provider of technical assistance and crop inputs, ProAgro is the foundation on which we are building a broader ag-focused platform.
Bridge Capital is exploring strategic acquisitions and investments that complement ProAgro’s operations — from grain storage and logistics infrastructure to fertilizer and agchem verticals. Our goal is to expand across the agricultural geography and value chain, unlocking synergies, securing supply, and creating scalable opportunities that strengthen Paraguay’s ag sector.

Founder & Managing Partner, Bridge Capital | Director, ProAgro
Anderson is the founder of Bridge Capital and a director at ProAgro. He brings together financial discipline, operational experience, and a long-term commitment to strengthening agribusiness in the region.
Before Bridge Capital, Anderson built his career at AB-InBev across Paraguay and Chile, where he rose to become Head of Finance for Paraguay. In that role, he led company-wide strategy, budgeting, and execution, driving initiatives that improved cash flow, strengthened pricing, and elevated overall business performance.
He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business as a Fulbright Scholar, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Asunción, graduating with the highest academic distinction in the school’s history.
Beyond business, Anderson is passionate about education and social impact. He has taught at the School of Engineering in Asunción and volunteers with BecasPY, mentoring Paraguayan students seeking international opportunities.
Partner, Bridge Capital | Director, ProAgro
Alberto is a Partner at Bridge Capital and Director at ProAgro. He is an entrepreneur with experience in management, business development, and expansion, with a focus on sustainable growth and value creation.
At the age of 23, he became a partner in a logistics and spare parts company for trucks and agricultural machinery, where he drove its growth and expansion until its eventual sale. Later, he joined as a partner in an agricultural inputs company, leading regional expansion, portfolio creation, and sustained growth initiatives.
In earlier stages of his career, he worked for ten years at one of the country’s leading agricultural companies, where he was responsible for the comprehensive management of an operating unit, covering administration, credit, collections, commercial, and logistics. He later led market development and commercialization of a specialty product line the company was launching, successfully positioning it for sustained growth.
Beyond business, Alberto is committed to social initiatives supporting children and families in need, and he has a great passion for martial arts, in which he was a three-time South American Champion.
Spectra Investments is a private equity firm based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The firm specializes in direct and fund of funds investments in Brazil and Latin America, including Primaries, Secondaries and Co-Investments.
